You must be 21 years or older to buy anything from our Store. All tobacco products, including cigars, hookah tobacco, and e-cigarettes, are subject to stringent rules set by the US Food and Drug Administration. We’ll make sure that anyone under 30 tries to buy tobacco should present a valid ID. Additionally, we’ll never give away free samples of tobacco products or their ingredients, and refrain from selling tobacco goods from vending machines in areas where people under the age of 21 are permitted.
